Until I have more people connected on GW it's hard to know how I could or would use it, but the possibilities are vast. I love seeing the church embracing collaboration tools. I agree that Google Wave is dependent on the network effect – the more people that are in the system, the bigger the impact / benefits. Google just announced some of the real-time collaboration features found in Google Wave as a part of Google Buzz which is now a part of Gmail. Because TONS more people use Gmail than Google Wave, perhaps we’ll eventually see an all-in-one service where they collapse the rest of Wave into Gmail or a unified communication/collaboration tool… Keep us posted on what you think about Google Wave! Study course that I am in this semester... But I am also excited to use this with various ministry teams that I work with. I see HUGE gains for planning events, services and retreats etc. Now we just need to get more people waving...
